Another BCF2000 question

MessageAuthor

hey. it may not be exactly the same with cleriks bundle but somewhere are macros that look a bit like this: these setup the view that is then recalled when you switch preset. your preset change signals (midi cc94 etc) from the unit may need to be reassigned to recall 'sws: snapshot X' (X = preset number) and not a long macro that may be the case at the moment ( just a v. minor quirk of cleriks pack which won't help in this instance. side benefit is the view switch may be a bit quicker) then you can amend the macros (pictured) to select 1-16 instead of 1-8 (see 4th line) (quick way could be to place the action 'run console command s9-16' after the s1-8 action in the macro...eg. @ line 5) similarly for the 17-32. do PM me if you have any issues as this is probably not that interesting to most folk! -- as for getting one or other to switch both - hmmm thats getting even more fiddly but could be possible based on the 'preset change within reaper' mentioned in post #9. -- do n.b to refer to original posts for details that may help. (quoted in post#18)

RE: Another BCF2000 question

Benk......I'll try some things when I get to my studio tommorrow and pm you with the results or if I have some problems. Looks like the run console command may be what I'm looking for but there doesn't seem to be a choice for 17-32. Have to see what works best. Thanks again for your time :) -scott
