Megui AAC to AAC audio error

Here's my setting: I'm encoding a dual audio anime the source is MKV, Track1 audio is the source(English) and Track 2 is extracted from the anime in AAC(Japanese) using mkvextract. The video output is MKV audio output: Codec:WinampAAC Extension: RawAAC Audio Profile: CTAAC-HEPS-32kpbs En_aacplus is there the first audio was encoded in AAC Code:

Log states: Error: enc_aacplus.dll not found in the path... nscrt.dll must be in your Windows System directory...

encoding files in .avi is no problem at all with the same audio profile enc_aacplus.dll not found in the path... how come I can encode audio in aac if its not there(first audio)? nscrt.dll must be in your Windows System directory... i already copied the file in windows\system and windows\system32 still same error

nscrt.dll in the same directory with enc_aacplus.dll :)
