iLok Problem

Hello everyone, I'm trying to register my iLok, but it does not register for some reason. I waited a little while, but the little red text at the top, that reads, "Still processing your Ilok etc." kept repeating. So, I then tried to start to start the process over again, but received this message, "Your session has expired for security reasons, the idle time is limited to ten minutes." Anyone know how long it will take for me to make another attempt? ~Henry

Hi! 1] Be sure you have the latest iLok drivers installed. 2] After installing new drivers, be sure to reboot. 3] verify the iLok has been seen by WIn XP by going into Device Manager and checking it is there, and is active. With iLok.com, when you login, if you are idle for over 10 minutes, it signs you out. Just return to the main page and try again. Also:

Nikki, The Ilok client helper is listed in the add/remove programs, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the device manager. I am using Win 98SE, my internet computer. Would you recommend I unistall it / download the drivers and reinstall? Thanks for your help...greatly appreciated. ~Henry

I had allot of issues with mine and I would up having to swap it out with them and get a new working one.
