cheap closed headphones.

christmas is this month, $1000 in car repair was last month. you get where i'm going. need a decent pair of closed cans to track with. all i really need to hear through them is a click track. so colorization won't bother me, i have a pair of 240M's for checking my mixes. looking at the akg k44. anyone have some other options? maybe even home-stereo stuff like jensen, dj stuff? just wanting to keep it under $50. thanks a lot.

I got some nice AKGs from Musicians Friend for around $50.00, and they are fine.

I have been using some Sony MDR V3000's that I got for $45 bucks. They sound "acceptable" (good low end repro for headphones) and they are quite comfortable. My ears always feel like they are going to fall off everytime I use the AKG's. To me, they are too bright, and very uncomfortable to where.
