Notes glide (portamento) like in FL pianoroll

MessageAuthor

Its strange but I cant find this simple answer: is it possible to make glide notes (portamento) in Reaper midi editor as in FL pianoroll? In Fl its very convenient and intuitive - glide switcher, time of glide, note of pitch all visible. But in Reaper I can make only some static(constant) gliding through synth glide parameter. I want notes glide without touching synth "glide" knob Please help if got what im talking about __________________________________________________ _________ Sometimes I need dynamic and precise gliding (time and tones). I believe Reaper can do it, but I dont know how)

Glide in FL studio works only for native instruments. It won't work for VST. For Reaper the answer is no.

Try using pitch messages in the midi editor :)

Hey! I thought about this for a long time until I came across the portamento option in rs5k (obey note-offs and note-off release overdrive should also be enabled). After that, all notes that will overlap each other will create a "glide" effect, and notes without overlap will play as usual. I hope this is what you need:
