Digital Natural Motion?!? And the filter?

:D Hi guys. Today i have seen two Philips tv color (Crt and Plasma) that was different compared to others. In these televisions the movies appeared accelerated, not at 25 fps but at least at 50! The effect was a perfect vision of a real world. I want to ask if exist some filter that have this behavior. This is possible on a "normal tv (3000 euros)" and not on a modern and programmable pc? Please tell me where i can find that filter. Thanks Slave01
