offline ?

Hi can someone help me. I tried to open my first ever project after closing it about a week ago and instead of loading the track data, all the tracks have this dialogue saying "offline". When i saved it i created a folder in my documents called 'reaper songs' and all the files are there, but reaper tells me that it cannot find the files. I hope this makes sense.

Seems to me you must of moved them after you saved them. Go to Project Settings(Alt+Enter)and see if your 'Path to save media files' is the same as the folder you have your 'reaper songs' in.

Welcome to the forums! I guess you're running Vista or Win 7... run Reaper "as administrator" and/or make sure your account has sufficient permissions to access the recording folder.
