Bug? ReaControlMIDI not sending chased events during playback

You can edit your BR anytime and update/specify it with xpander's (thank you!) findings. I can confirm that it depends on the existence of notes where seek is performed. RCM seems to be broken there. The simple workaround is probably to use RCM on its own track without incoming track MIDI, and sending its MIDI output to the track with the MIDI item. But please consider that using RCM to coax the CC lanes onto the main window in form of automation envelopes (instead of using the CC lanes directly) is a somewhat esoteric usage scenario (if I understood correctly what you're trying to do there), so it might not be a very pressing issue.
