TV capture -> 50fps -> Xvid

I capture video from TV (SECAM) in MJPEG 768x576 25fps. What tool is more suitable for transform this material in 768x288 50 fps, than crop, resize in 512x192 and compress in Xvid ? Now I'm using VDubMod and Field bob filter.

The best way is to compress audio also with VDM /at the same time as video/ , for mp3 I prefer Franhoffer than Lame. eb

I have read, that at the same time I can get audio without synchronizing with video...
